Booking Office Hour Appointments

All meetings during the office hours are by appointment only. You may choose to have the appointment in person or online (via Zoom). In-person meetings will take place at:

     University of Ottawa

     100 Thomas More Private

Please indicate your preferred method of meeting when booking an appointment. In addition, kindly observe the following terms and conditions.

Office Hours:

Fall 2022

Tuesdays 13:00 - 16:00 ET

Fridays 13:00 - 15:00 ET

Winter 2023

Policies Concerning Office Hours & Appointment Sign-up

  • Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

​

  • Barring unforeseeable circumstances, changes to or cancellation of appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time of meeting.

​

  • Each appointment will be 15 minutes in length. To ensure equitable access to office hour appointments, each person is allowed to sign up for a maximum of 2 appointments per week.

​

  • You must be on time for your meetings as all appointments will conclude promptly at the end of scheduled time; this is to ensure fairness for others whose appointments are coming up.
